Stage 4

* At this point, we will double check our drawings and measurements against the actual location the project will be installed.
* We will then engineer your project. This simply means we are producing construction drawings to be used in the fabrication of your project. This step helps us make sure your project will function properly. It also allows us to get it right the first time.
* Once the engineering is complete we will review our fabrication lead-time (usually 4 to 12 weeks depending on the number and size of the current projects in progress). We then begin to order the material for your project.
* Once we know when your material should be arriving and when your project will go into fabrication we will notify you in writing of our projected start and completion dates for fabrication.
* A progress payment is usually due at the start of fabrication (see your payment schedule on your proposal).
