Stage 2

* You should now be ready to schedule your Project Consultation.
* If you are working with an interior designer or decorator, you may want to have your design professional present at your Project Consultation to assist in the selection of design details.
* During this meeting we will review all the information you have compiled during Stage 1. We will assist you in choosing your door & drawer styles, wood species, finish / stain, hardware, and other design details and accessories for your project.
* Once you make all your choices we will be able to prepare your estimate. This is the best time to finalize your decisions. Once we enter the Engineering & Fabrication Stage changes can become costly.
* Your estimate will have a description of your project with the details and accessories you have chosen along with the estimated cost of your project. The estimated cost is based on the information you have provided.
* To move forward to the Conceptual Drawing & Proposal Stage you need to sign a copy of your estimate and pay the Conceptual Drawing Retainer Fee shown on your estimate. The Conceptual Drawing Retainer Fee is based on the overall project. You will also need to provide us with all appliance / electronic specifications if we have not received them.
* Signing the estimate is not a contract authorizing us to manufacture your project. You are only agreeing to pay us to field measure, produce conceptual drawings and provide you with a formal written proposal for your project.
* Once we have all these items we will be able to move to the Conceptual Drawing & Proposal Stage.
